ABOUT MY RESEARCH

I am a MS student in Dr. Steve Murawski's lab. Before starting at CMS, I received my bachelor’s in ecology and evolutionary biology from the University of Kansas. I spent three years working at the Kansas Biological Survey studying water quality and HAB's. This experience in conjunction with my passion for ocean preservation has honed in my research interests to focus on marine resource assessment, specifically fish densities.

WHY USF CMS?

I chose CMS because of its heavy research reputation and the common research interests of my advisor Dr. Murawski.
