Named 2022 AURP Research Park of the Year
Located adjacent to the Tampa campus of the University of South Florida, the USF Research Park, covers more than 112 acres at the heart of the USF community. The USF Research Park, which was named 2022 Research Park of the Year by the Association of University Research Parks, brings together world‐class researchers, inventors and entrepreneurs eager to collaborate with a highly-trained, high-tech workforce.

The three-story, 120,000-square-foot mixed-use building features advanced laboratory facilities as well as office and meeting spaces for new and established companies. It has been recognized with an architectural design award by the Florida chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

The Business Partnerships Building serves USF’s incubator program, along with BioMedTech Laboratories, Inc., USF Department of Chemical, Biological and Materials Engineering, and other entities:

The Interdisciplinary Research Building houses wet lab facilities for the university’s incubator program as well as engineering, chemistry, and medical research labs.

University Diagnostic Institute is a freestanding imaging center located at 3301 USF Alumni Drive. Florida Department of Health Bureau of Public Health Labs
The mission of the Bureau of Public Health Laboratories is to contribute to a healthier Florida by providing diagnostic screening, monitoring, reference, research and emergency public health laboratory services to county health departments and other official agencies, physicians, hospitals and private laboratories.
USF FLeX Building
The FLeX building on the lawn of USF Research Park is built with a passive design that relies on the sun to power its electronics and the weather to cool its interior.
