Our Mission
The mission of the Judy Genshaft Honors College is to provide transformative educational
opportunities that will prepare highly motivated, intellectually curious, service-oriented,
and academically accomplished students to become active and engaged thought leaders
of the twenty-first century.
We strive to create a tight-knit intellectual community by:
- Offering a distinctive interdisciplinary honors curriculum featuring small classes
taught by engaged and creative faculty
- Providing meaningful experiential learning opportunities in community service, global
studies, and leadership
- Supporting student achievement with expert individual advising and a highly successful
Office of National Scholars
- Encouraging each student to pursue a significant and rewarding research experience
that takes advantage of USF’s resources as a Top-30 Public Research Institution
- Sponsoring an honors residential experience
