Residence Hall Association

Overview

Mission Statement: To create a sense of community and belonging by fostering safe and inclusive areas that encompass and provide programs for all USF residential students' interests.

The Residence Hall Association (RHA) represents, advocates for, and hosts initiatives to support residential students at the University of South Florida - Tampa. Via these efforts, RHA enhances the residential experience and creates a sense of belonging within our residence halls. In addition, RHA supports the development of leadership skills via workshops, discussions, and activities. This development deepens the global citizenship lens of our students while refining their interpersonal skills. RHA prioritizes relationship building and mentoring to develop a holistic student experience in USF residential communities.

All Area Councils are closely connected to and involved members of RHA. An Executive Board member from each Area Council is sent as a representative to RHA’s biweekly meetings, also known as RHA General Assembly Meetings. These meetings are an opportunity to actualize the mission and goals of RHA. Of course, all residential students are welcome to attend these meetings too!

Learn about our past and upcoming events, who we are, and what we do by asking your RA or RLC for more information and joining the Residence Hall Association BullsConnect Page.
