My approach to therapy: I am originally from Alabama and come from a culturally rich African American background. I have lived in Florida for over 15 years. I love working with the college student population and enjoy helping students navigate life's challenges both academically, developmentally and personally at this time of transition in their lives. My approach to therapy is strength based, meaning I take a collaborative approach to helping you tap into and develop your strengths to improve your current coping skills and methods of problem solving. I seek to help clients see themselves from a different perspective that will ultimately allow for their growth, development and success as a student here at the University of South Florida.

My approach to supervision: I use a developmental and integrative approach to supervision grounded in a multi-cultural framework.
