About
Originally from Altoona, Pennsylvania, Dr. Savanna Rains serves as the Student Program Manager, supporting students through programming, events, scholarships, and academic and career planning. Dr. Rains earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Special Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. She also holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Program Development from the University of South Florida, where her research focused on the motivations of Post-9/11 student veterans in higher education. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and cooking.
