Remote Wellness Resources at USF

USF Health and Wellness is still providing support

USF Corona Page

The University of South Florida continues to closely monitor the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The health and safety of our students, faculty and staff is our highest priority as university leaders work closely with local, state and federal agencies to share the most updated information.

To help support current students, USF has prepared a toolkit which includes information and links to remote resources, from counseling to tutoring. Student support functions, such as tutoring, counseling and advising, along with other essential resources continue remotely to help you be successful.

Individual counseling, including same-day appointments and evening follow-up appointments, are available via secure video conference by calling 813-974-2831 between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.  Drop-in workshops are available daily on topics including managing social isolation and anxiety, coping with COVID-19 far from home, and dealing with complex emotions.

Feeling overwhelmed? Not sure how to structure your day, or need help finding your motivation? Schedule a remote Coaching session. Coaches can also provide additional support for students who are facing academic, personal, or lifestyle challenges, but may not need psychological counseling services.
