USF Bulls
The University of South Florida is a high-impact, global research university located
in beautiful Tampa Bay on Florida's spectacular west coast. The university is one
of only four Florida public universities classified by the Carnegie Foundation for
the Advancement of Teaching in the top tier of research universities. At the heart
of USF is a vibrant, diverse and engaged student body of 48,000 students. USF students
come from every state, every U.S. territory and more than 150 countries around the
world. International students make up six percent of the total student population.
Housing & Residential Education is a great place to work because of the students who
attend USF. Staff have the opportunity to apply, mentor, and supervise a very diverse
group of leaders who are looking to get the most out of their undergraduate experience.
With a high percentage of transfer, international, first generation, and non-traditional
students in the population, there is a strong dynamic of care and concern for the
value of the education and experiences that students will receive during their college
