About Intern Housing

Thank you for your interest in staying with USF Housing & Residential Education during your summer internship in Tampa Bay. If you would like to inquire about Summer 2022 accommodations, please complete the inquiry form below and one of our team members will get back to you in two business days.

Our intern lodging features four bedroom apartments with a shared kitchen, living room and two bathrooms. Each intern will reside in their own private room with a twin xl size bed, desk with a chair, dresser & closet space. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable access, mail services and utilities are provided at no additional fee.

To be eligible for Intern Housing, a guest may not be a full-time student at the University of South Florida and must be 18 years of age or older. An official letter must be submitted on letterhead, signed by the guest’s internship coordinator, which clearly states the internship program start date, end date and location. It is not required that a guest be receiving credit for the internship.

Nightly rate: $33.33*
Parking passes are not included and should be purchased through Parking & Transportation Services

Linen Packets

Packet includes: 2 sheets, 1 blanket, 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth
Rental cost for length of stay: $22.00*

USF Campus

All summer interns live in Holly Apartments, conveniently located near the Marshall Student Center and Crescent Hill Parking Garage on campus. Downtown Tampa, Ybor City and Channelside are a short drive and Clearwater Beach is an easy day trip. Public Transportation is easy and inexpensive through HARTline off campus and for on campus through the Bull Runner.
