College Accountability Framework

The College Accountability Framework encompases the College Review process, the PPA and College Review Scorecards which were called data packets.  These are a part of an annual evaluation of colleges and represent a comprehensive array of data covering the areas of:

  • Student access, retention, progression & success
  • Research, innovation, & creative activity
  • Economic drivers
  • Resources

Annually, the Provost and college leadership engage in a review of the highlights, challenges, opportunities and goal setting of each college and unit in Academic Affairs. Throughout the year colleges are provided data updates (PPAs) on goals established in consultation with the Provost and the leadership team, culminating in a final report of actual performance to goal.

In the 2022-2023 academic year, the Office of Decision Support has automated and refined the format of the PPA and College Reviews, now called College Accountability.  This page contains both the new College Accountability Navigation and the previous format of reports for College Reviews and PPA.

Want more data?

College Review related data are available through Data and Analytics reports. (Note, your forest account should be in caps (netid@FOREST.USF.EDU)). Most data found in these reports are updated at each benchmark and available at the campus, college, and department level. While maintained by IT, data questions should be routed to SSRA staff at ODS Help.
