About Aquatics

The Aquatics program at USF Campus Recreation includes Private Swim Lessons, SCUBA Certification Courses, Red Cross Certified Lifeguard Courses, Children's Learn to Swim & Swim With Me programs, Tweak Your Technique and other programs associated with the Indoor pool at the Campus Recreation Center. The hours of operation vary for the Indoor Pool, please check availability before planning to use the facility. Certified Lifeguards are present during open swim hours.

Our Facilities

Campus Recreation Center Indoor Pool 

Indoor

 

The Indoor Pool at the Campus Recreation Center is a heated, 25 yard, 8 lane lap pool with training equipment available, as well as a remote controlled chair lift* for patrons with disabilities.

*The ADA chairlift for the Indoor Pool is temporarily offline for repairs – The FIT Pool has a zero entry ramp and a specialized aquatic-wheelchair available for use during open swim times.

 


The Fit Outdoor Pool

The FIT Pool is a heated resort-style facility with two 25-yard lap lanes, zero-depth entry, built-in seating areas, and ADA accommodations. All surrounded by excellent deck space for sun bathing and a shaded terrace for studying and socializing.
