Spring 2024 Group Fitness Schedule

This indoor cycling class will challenge your speed and resistance as you climb hills, attack sprints, and complete intervals. Tap into your anaerobic and aerobic systems to increase your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Cycle Concert Series

Combine your cardio workout with the soundtrack of your favorite artists. Be prepared to pedal harder and sing out loud in this cycling concert series ride featuring some of your favorite tunes! New artists every week!

Rhythm Cycle

Ready to take our classic cycle up a notch? In this class, we will be cycling to the rhythm of the music to enhance that mind, muscle and music connection. Most of this class will consist of out of the saddle moves to help you dance the time away to some fun energizing music! This class is recommended to those who have taken our classic cycle class before, and/or are ready for a fun challenge.




Les Mills Core

All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.

HIIT & Core

High Intensity Interval Training uses quick bursts of movement followed by rest to create an after burn so your body keeps using energy even after you stop training. You will perform multi-joint, compound, and bodyweight movements while utilizing a variety of equipment that challenges every muscle in your body. The second half of class focuses on improving your core strength that focuses on the abdominals, oblique’s, and lower back.


Power Yoga

Power Yoga combines Vinyasa style yoga with short bursts of muscle conditioning and cardio exercises. It is designed to help you move deeper into yoga poses and improve both strength and cardio. You will leave this class with a positive mind and a sweaty body!

Gentle Yoga

Need some time to relax your mind and body? Gentle Yoga is just the class for you. This practice will be slower in pace to allow you to stretch and relax your body from head to toe. Expect principles from hatha, vinyasa, and yin style practices.

Flexibility Flow

Flow yoga classes tend to be a mixture of meditation, breath-work and energizing movement. They usually begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions and peak poses.




Cardio Step

Cardio step is a high intensity workout choreographed to music that combines cardio and strength moves to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling exhausted and exhilarated. This class is led by high energy coaches who will help you push yourself to new limits!

Cardio Dance

Shake and sweat with us! This high energy dance class mixes a variety of sounds from the Caribbean, Latin America, Pop, and Hip Hop. This upbeat atmosphere helps improve your endurance and is open to all skill levels.


ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Every class is a party at Zumba!



Boxing Bootcamp

Dynamic and explosive class that incorporates boxing techniques with an intense cardio workout. Increase your aerobic capacity, learn conditioning drills that improve your strength, agility and quickness.

Total Body


Ready to pulse it out? Barre is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and ballet. Barre classes incorporate specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture!

Bootcamp Circuit

Kettlebell Bootcamp is a high intensity workout that combines cardio and strength exercises with kettlebells to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling exhausted and exhilarated. This class is led by high energy coaches who will help you push yourself to new limits!


Improve your flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body. Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Grab a mat and feel the burn!


Introducing Les Mills BODYPUMP, and all inclusive, total body workout. 


Bring on a new challenge with TRX! This class will use suspension straps to give you a full body workout. This unique, bodyweight workout will be a hit in 2024!


Group fitness class registration will open 25 hours in advance! These classes have limited spots, so they may fill out quickly. We recommend check 25 hours in advance of your desired class.

Canceling a class is required if you are registered and can no longer attend – doing this ahead of time frees up a spot for a fellow Bull!

How to cancel your registration:

  1. Visit the USF Campus Rec Shop here!
  2. Log in to your account and go to your Profile.
    1. If you are on a mobile device, click "Programs" and scroll down.
  3. Find the class you wish to cancel.
  4. Click/tap on the three dots.
  5. Select "Cancel Registration".
  6. That's it!

You will not receive a cancelation email.  But rest easy, you are done and can find your next class!
