Trap Yoga
Celebrate Black History Month and join us for a vinyasa style yoga class to hip hop music from the 90's until now! There will be two opportunities on February 7th: 8-8:45p & 9-9:45p. Registration will open on February 6!
Valentine's Day Group Fitness
Pair up with your valentine or Pal-entine for special group fitness classes! The offerings will include partner yoga! More information to come!
Powerlifting Small Group Training
Interested in getting into powerlifting and don't know where to start? Join the Powerlifting Small Group Training! For six weeks, train with a certified personal trainer and learn all the basics for powerlifting! There will be emphasis on squat, bench, and deadlift. Training will take place Mondays & Wednesdays, starting February 27! Registration will open soon!
Woman on Weights Small Group Training
This program is designed to dispel the myths associated with women in the weight room. Women on Weights will teach you the benefits of weight training and how to incorporate a strength session into your busy schedule. This training will take place Tuesdays & Thursdays for 4 weeks, starting February 28th! Registration will open soon!
RecWell Powerlifting Meet
Start training now for the Second Annual RecWell Powerlifting Meet! Competitors will be given three attempts on squat, bench press, and deadlift to earn their highest total and a chance to be RecWell's powerlifting champion! Medals will be awarded to the top 3 performers for both male and female participants. T-shirts will be provided to all participants. Registration will open soon!
Paint, Sip, & Meditate
Join us for National Stress Awareness Month at the FIT pool deck on April 23! Destress with paint, a drink, and mediation! Participants will be provided art materials and mocktails. They will then be led through a painting workshop while enjoying their beverage. The event will end with a 15-minute mediation session. This will take place on the FIT pool deck.
