New Year, New You Mini Workshops

Start the new year off by participating in RecWell's mini-workshop series! Starting on Saturday, January 27 there will be a new workshop every 2 weeks to give you the chance to learn the fundamentals, techniques, and skills of four different exercise/fitness modalities. Sign up for a kettlebell workshop, barbell workshop, functional training workshop, and/or a mobility & stretch workshop! You will be led by nationally certified personal trainers to ensure safety & proper form.

Sunset Yoga Series

Welcome to the Sunset Yoga Series, where an instructor will take you through a relaxing 45-minute gentle yoga class while watching the sunset at one of our locations here at USF! Each month, a sunset yoga class will occur at a different location, with our first class being held at Riverfront Park!

In this instructional workshop, you will work with nationally certified personal trainers to learn how to build an effective exercise program catered to your goals, exercise level, & preferred way to train. Learn how to structure a warm-up, main lifts, accessory lifts, and a cool-down. You will also learn about set and rep ranges, along with rest periods. An exercise library will also be provided!

Women on Weights Small Group Training

This program is designed to dispel the myths associated with women in the weight room. Women on Weights will teach you the benefits of weight training and how to incorporate a strength session into your busy schedule. This is a bonding experience for you, your body, & your new gal pals!

Our trainers will guide you through personalized training, focusing on technique, progressive overload, and goal setting. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned lifter, our program caters to all levels, fostering a sense of camaraderie and mutual support.

International Women's Day BARRE Class

 Celebrate International Women's Day with USF RecWell! This BARRE class will be focused on women-empowerment and lead by a woman instructor. This uplifting environment will be sure to have you feeling like the incredible woman you are!

Advanced BARRE

Looking to push your fitness skills in the BARRE realm? Then this 4-week Advanced program is for you! BARRE Instructor Katie has written a week to week program for this 45 minute class that will allow you to push your limits. All while gaining knowledge that our regular BARRE classes do that expand upon. You'll be able to walk away from this program feeling like a BARRE pro!

Kickboxing Fitness

Looking for a new boxing experience? Try our new Kickboxing Class! This full-contact, boxing class is based on punching & kicking. You'll be guaranteed a full body workout!

Faculty & Staff Small Group Training

Elevate your well-being with our 4-week Faculty & Staff Small Group Training! Led by nationally certified personal trainers, this program focuses on functional fitness, incorporating a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises to enhance overall health and wellness. Sessions are crafted to accommodate busy schedules, providing an efficient and effective workout experience. Whether you are a beginner or are more experienced our trainers are committed to providing guidance, motivation, and a customized approach to meet individual goals. - no membership required!

Prescribe to Wellness

Prescribe to Wellness is back! We will be offering FREE fitness assessments, and InBody scans. Other USF departments, such as SWELL and dining so all elements of wellness are represented.

No registration required. Just show up & enjoy to Wellness!

Bulls Fitness Combine

Come test your athletic skills including speed, power, and strength! This event will be targeted towards USF students. There will be different events set up on the turf such as broad jump, agility ladder, and box jumps. This will give people an opportunity to where their athletic skills are at and what their strengths and weaknesses are.
