Hyrox Small Group Training

Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workouts, designed to test endurance, strength, and athleticism.

Our Hyrox training sessions simulate real race conditions, focusing on building speed, stamina, and power. Each class includes a mix of running intervals and Hyrox-specific movements like sled pushes/pulls, rowing, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and more.

HYROX Class Cost

For 5 weeks of training, $50 for Students OR $65 for Staff/Faculty


Whether you're preparing for your first race or looking to improve your time, this training will push your limits and elevate your performance.
