Fitness program at Recreation & Wellness is dedicated to providing a variety of educational opportunities for students and members. We offer a variety of workshop formats designed to engage participants and provide lecture and/or practical application of fitness theories, trends, or topics.

Success Workshop Series


Join us in a 4-week workshop series to better your social, physical, financial, and career wellness. This free workshop is designed to help you manage the stress of college and adult hood so that you can be a thriving Bull! Participants should only register if they are able to commit the entire 4-week series. Spaces are limited and advanced registration required.

Two Offerings:

February 13th through March 5th  

Thursdays, 3:00-4:00PM

April 1st through April 22nd

Wednesdays, 3:00-4:00PM
