Fitness program at Campus Recreation is dedicated to providing a variety of educational opportunities for students and campus recreation members. We offer a variety of workshop formats designed to engage participants and provide lecture and/or practical application of fitness theories, trends, or topics.

Want to learn about Olympic Weightlifting? Attend this free, 2-hour workshop that will breakdown the specific movements of the snatch, clean and jerk while focusing on proper form and technique. Spaces are limited.
