Happy Hour What do you do for your Happy Hour? Come join us every Friday for a different format with a different instructor. Each class is a special, never before seen event that you will not want to miss. We will offer classes that incorporate Cycling, Barre, Strength, TRX, Yoga and Kettle Bell classes. Come show us how you like to Happy Hour!

Cardio & Strength

Group Cycle This indoor cycling class will challenge your speed and resistance as you climb hills, attack sprints, and complete intervals. Tap into your anaerobic and aerobic systems to increase your muscular and cardiovascular endurance. The Group Cycle format features innovative technology. Be sure to download the MyWellness App before class to get connected and keep track of your cardio workouts!
Cycle Concert Series Combine your cardio workout with the soundtrack of your favorite artists. Be prepared to pedal harder and sing out loud in this cycling concert series ride featuring some of your favorite tunes! New artists every week! Check outside of the cycle studio to see who you'll be riding to this week!
HIIT + Core High Intensity Interval Training uses quick bursts of movement followed by rest to create an after burn so your body keeps using energy even after you stop training. You will perform multi-joint, compound, and bodyweight movements while utilizing a variety of equipment that challenges every muscle in your body. The second half of class focuses on improving your core strength that focuses on the abdominals, oblique’s, and lower back.
Boot Camp Boot Camp is a high intensity workout that combines cardio and strength exercises to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling exhausted and exhilarated. This class is led by high energy coaches who will help you push yourself to new limits!
Boxing Dynamic and explosive class that incorporates boxing techniques with an intense cardio workout. Increase your aerobic capacity, learn conditioning drills that improve your strength, agility and quickness.
Total Body Conditioning Get ready to sweat while you increase your muscular strength and endurance while also incorporating cardio movements! Total Body Conditioning will maximize your strength, agility, power and stamina as you use body weight and variety of equipment for optimal conditioning.
Cardio Dance Shake and sweat with us! This high energy dance class mixes a variety of sounds from the Caribbean, Latin America, Pop, and Hip Hop. This upbeat atmosphere helps improve your endurance and is open to all skill levels.
Zumba ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Every class is a party at Zumba!
TRX Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises combined with the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, and cardio movements.

Mind / Body / Flexibility

Gentle Yoga Need some time to relax your mind and body? Gentle Yoga is just the class for you. This practice will be slower in pace to allow you to stretch and relax your body from head to toe. Expect principles from hatha, vinyasa, and yin style practices.
Power Yoga Power Yoga combines Vinyasa style sequences with phases of static holds seen in Hatha practices to incorporate muscle conditioning and cardio into your own workout. It is designed to help you move deeper into yoga poses and improve both strength and cardio. You will leave this class with a positive mind and a sweaty body!
Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga connects movement and breath. The "asanas" (yoga postures) can be arranged into different sequences that can meet the group's need or mood. Vinyasa yoga allows room for differences from instructor to instructor, unlike other forms, which have set sequences of movement. This is a fun, athletic form of yoga that will lift your spirits and energy levels while increasing flexibility, strength and balance.
Barre Ready to pulse it out in USF's newest group fitness format? Barre is a fusion of yoga, Pilates, strength training, and ballet. Barre classes incorporate specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture!
Mobility Rx Being mobile is an important aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Not being able to move a joint freely through its full range of motion increases risk of injury. MobilityRx is designed to improve and enhance your mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
