overview

Everyone's fitness journey starts somewhere.  Fit Foundations helps you take that first step.  In a group setting, our Certified Personal Trainers will guide you through educational and hands-on sessions in a group setting, helping you to become more confident in the building blocks of a fitness program.

Here's what you'll learn in this 4-session instructional clinic:

  • How to navigate our fitness/exercise spaces
  • Exercise with proper technique 
  • Build your own workout program

You'll finish the program with the knowledge and confidence to begin a fitness programs that's right for you!

  • 9/20-9/29 | Tues & Thurs | 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Both sessions will be held at the Campus Recreation Center | Tampa campus (map).

REC | Conference Room and Fitness Floor  


Participants

Fit Foundations is aimed at those who are 1) new to USF and 2) new to fitness.  The program will be capped at 10 participants.

Fit Foundations is free-of-charge to USF students and RecWell members.
