Everyone's fitness journey starts somewhere. Fit Foundations helps you take that first step. In a group setting, our Certified Personal Trainers will guide you through the building blocks of a fitness program:
- Tour our fitness/exercise spaces
- Operate the equipment
- Learn exercise techniques
You'll finish the program with the knowledge and confidence to begin a fitness programs that's right for you.

Both sessions will be held at the Campus Recreation Center | Tampa campus (map).

Fit Foundations is aimed at those who are 1) new to USF and 2) new to fitness. The program will be capped at 10 participants.
Hunter and Anthony -- two of our Certified Personal Trainers -- will guide you through the program. Learn more about their certifications and philosophies here.
Fit Foundations is free-of-charge to USF students and RecWell members.
Registration is required. Please ensure you are able to attend both sessions.
