Instructional Class Series

Specialty classes are offered each semester to provide participants the opportunity to learn a skill and progress their proficiency over the course of six weeks. Classes are meant to increase in difficulty as the series progresses, so participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible. Class offerings will vary from semester to semester. Advanced registration is required for each series and costs include all sessions during the six week series.

Perfect for beginners and advanced athletes alike. This 6 week instructional class will teach you the ins and outs of a total knock out! Practice basic boxing fundamentals, plyometrics, and interval training. It's just your versus the bag!  ATTACK your fitness goals.
