Small Group Training
Need to switch up your fitness routine? Come and try out our small group training sessions. A fitness coach will lead you through a 4 week progressive series. Small group training is designed to maximize your workout in a group setting. Sessions are open to all students and campus recreation members.
Learn the tricks of the trade of powerlifting in this four-week training program. Throughout the series, you will progress through the squat, bench press, and deadlift, while perfecting technique and learning modifications. Be sure to join this series so you can "raise the bar" of your fitness goals.
