Small Group Training

Need to switch up your fitness routine? Come and try out our small group training sessions. A fitness coach will lead you through a 4 week progressive series. Small group training is designed to maximize your workout in a group setting. Sessions are open to all students and campus recreation members.


Faculty & Staff Only Small Group Training

This class is for faculty and staff only. Each class will incorporate strength and circuit training to improve your overall fitness. Join our certified personal trainer for a fun, challenging workout that is good for beginners or advanced level participants. Campus Recreation membership required.

Barbell Club

Want to feel strong and get a great workout? Take part in this program to improve your fitness while utilizing a barbell and other functional equipment! This session will include a combination of powerlifting and weightlifting movements, functional movement, and other drills.

Fundamentals of Boxing for Fitness
Perfect for beginners and advanced athletes alike. This 4-week small group class will teach you the ins and outs of a total knock out! Practice the fundamentals of boxing and pad training, while getting a high intensity workout and relieving stress. It's just you versus the bag!  ATTACK your fitness goals.

StrongHer

Get strong and be fierce! This program will build your confidence in the weight room by learning how to lift weights and build strength in a private small group setting. This session will include a combination of weightlifting movements, functional movement, and other drills.
