Campus Partnerships

iBuddy

The Office of Multicultural Affairs is home to iBuddy, a free 9-week program that takes place during the fall semester. The program partners international and domestic students to increase cultural awareness and build lasting friendships through a series of campus events and social programs. The iBuddy program enhances and encourages out of classroom student engagement that assists participants in becoming global citizens.

Adventure Trips

In an effort to introduce international students and scholars to Florida’s unique culture, the Office of International Services collaborates with USF Outdoor Recreation to offer 2-3 trips per semester. International students and scholars have the opportunity to take short day trips where they’re able to meet new friends, develop leadership skills, and explore all that the Tampa Bay region has to offer!

Glo-Bull Games Series

The Glo-Bull Games Series invites international students and scholars to cheer on their favorite teams at a variety of sporting events throughout the year. The OIS partners with USF Athletics as well as professional teams in the area to offer international students and scholars exclusive discounts, tours, and unique opportunities to celebrate our international athletes and share sporting traditions from their home countries.

Homecoming

The University of South Florida Homecoming Superbull is a week to celebrate USF pride and Bull spirit. It happens each year in mid-October, and includes a concert, parade, football game, and so much more. Each year, the Office of International Services offers international students and scholars the opportunity to carry their flag in the Running of the Bulls Homecoming Parade.
