Sarasota-Manatee Student Business Services
Student Business Services at the Sarasota-Manatee campus is within the Office of Student Engagement (OSE). This area manages the Activity & Service Fee on behalf of the student body. Student Government is vested with allocation authority and OSE assists funded student government entities and student organizations in utilizing their allocations. OSE also manages inventory, travel, compliance, and various other services.

Student Organizations have the option to apply for annual budgets or interim funding. Below are the request forms for the Sarasota-Manatee campus. The Interim Budget link is a self-enroll link for the required Interim Budget Training Course for Organizations requesting funds. (Links will be provided as soon as they are available)
OFF-CAMPUS EVENT REQUEST
Student Organizations at the Sarasota-Manatee campus have the option to seek permission to host an event that would take place off-campus using A&S Funds that is not already listed on the approved off-campus event location list.
Current grants available for 2022-2023 are the Conference Presentation Grant Program (CPGP), the Student Organization Travel Grant, and the Homecoming Grant. Guides on these documents are listed below under the Purchasing Information Section. When you submit these applications, we recommend you copy Kimberly Mones and Rachel Plencner in the email.
TRAINING & INFORMATION SESSIONS
The Office of Student Engagement offers student organzations training so that officers and members of student organizations can make informed budgetary decisions.
