Job Descriptions
*Job descriptions are for informational purposes only and may not reflect final duties, rates, or other information.
Candidate Information Meetings
All legislative branch candidates MUST attend at least one meeting and all executive
branch candidates MUST attend two meetings, as required by Student Government Statutes,
to be placed on the ballot. You will be DISQUALIFIED if you fail to attend the required
meetings. If your schedule conflicts with all of the times listed below, contact the
Supervisor of Elections to request an individual appointment. You must do so AT LEAST
24 HOURS PRIOR to the final listed meeting time.If any changes occur, applicants will
be notified via official USF email. All meetings will be done via Microsoft Teams.
Applicants will be sent the links to the sessions after completing the packet.
All Candidates
Wednesday, January 25th, 2023: 12:00-1:00 pm
Friday, January 27th, 2023: 12:00-1:00 pm
President/VP & Governor/Lt. Governor
Tuesday, January 24th, 2023: 5:00pm-6:00pm
Friday, January 27th, 2023: 2:00pm-3:00pm
Election Schedule
Application Process: Monday, January 9th, 2023- January 27th, 2023 by 11:59pm
NO Campaigning during this time.
Approval Process: Monday, January 9th, 2023 - Sunday, February 12th, 2023
Candidates may campaign only after receiving verification from the ERC or SG Advising
Offices.
Campaigning Allowed: Monday, February 13th, 2023-Completion of voting on Thursday, March 2nd, 2023.
Election Voting: Monday, February 27th, 2023- Thursday, March 2nd, 2023
