This off-campus website lists rental units and is a service provided by USF Student Government in contractual agreement with Off-Campus Partners, Inc. While this list does not constitute endorsement of any rental properties, we hope that this service helps students, faculty, and staff find safe and comfortable living arrangements while attending USF.

The University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee campus has partnered with multiple off-campus entities in order to provide close and reasonably priced housing for students in order to keep them close to everything going on. These off campus apartments, studios, and town homes range in price based on what is included. They are each unique in their own way and are also an additional venue for jobs as well due to most workers being students. Keeping the students close to campus is the primary goal in order to promote a better sense of school spirit and to allow more student to come to events held on campus.
