What We Do

It's On Us

In 2014, a White House task force called for a measure to spread the awareness and prevention of assault. As a result of that objective, a nationwide movement titled “It’s On Us” was created, and has since worked with over 500 college campus to foster education and preventative solutions of assault.

In 2016, during the month of October, the 45th term of Student Government began its first year of participation in the It’s On Us initiative. SG held events such as a documentary screening, discussions, resource fairs, as well as pledge taking

Taking the pledge to end assault is one of the most important components of It’s On Us, and has been done nearly 300,000 times from people around the country.
