Summit Hall

Summit Hall is located in The Village, offering a mix of traditional-style and suite-style rooms for first-year students and upperclassmen. Residents have access to a variety of amenities, including a full kitchen, gaming area, TV/media lounge, multipurpose rooms, and a laundry facility.

A typical suite style room is double-occupancy with two students sharing the room. Summit Hall includes double suites, double end suites, and a limited number of single suites. Each suite style room includes a private bathroom.

Double End Suite Size
Room size: 100-124 sq. ft.

Each resident is provided with:

Twin XL bed (Bed Raising Information)
Dresser: 24" x 36"
Desk and chair: Desk is 24" x 40" and includes drawers measuring 16" x 22"
Built-in closet: 4'10" wide
Window: 5'10" wide
In-room sink and bathroom: Each room includes an in-room sink, and a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

Hall Amenities

First floor: Full kitchen, gaming area, TV/media lounge, multipurpose room, and laundry room
Every floor: Activity lounge, quiet lounge, and kitchenette (with a sink, microwave, and counter space)
Ethernet connection in-room and WiFi throughout the building
250 Mbps average internet speed, with speeds up to 1Gbps
24-hour, on-call emergency maintenance
Bathroom cleaning: Suite bathrooms are cleaned weekly. Toilet paper and shower curtain liners are provided.
