spatial profilerNanostring Digital Spatial Profiler at Byrd Institute improves transcriptomics

There is a Nanostring GeoMx® Digital Spatial Profiler installed as a Spatial Biology Core instrument at the Byrd Institute. For projects where you would like to profile the whole transcriptome in regions of interest (affected vs. adjacent normal, or one cell type vs another), this instrument is an ideal choice. The data analysis is also manageable with this approach compared to single-cell spatial transcriptomics.
